How do I upload my menu?

What file formats are supported?
We support PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10MB in size. We recommend PDF for the highest clarity on mobile devices.
Customer Scanning & Mobile Use
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan the QR code with their native smartphone camera, and the menu opens immediately in their default web browser.
Will the menu work on older smartphones?
Yes. As long as the customer's phone has a camera and a web browser, it can scan the QR code and display your digital menu.
